How to Protect Yourself from Covid, Better than a Face Mask

With new data out that 90% of the countries with the highest rates of Covid-19 are also the countries with the highest obesity rates, it throws new context into an obese store worker asking if you have a face mask. No, but have you tried wearing yours 24/7, so that it always covers your mouth and you can no longer eat? (Sorry, I’m in a mood).

Of course, there’s been plenty of scientific evidence showing that face masks were NOT effective at preventing cold/flu symptoms…

… yet the mainstream gov/media went ahead with mask mandates anyway, so we have to look at why they are picking up on this obesity factor, which also requires that we know the overall agenda and how this data can/will be used in line with it. 

The agenda is, for those who don’t know, totalitarian world control by a financial/technocratic elite, and that includes automated food production, which means getting the world off animal products and into mass-manufactured plant products. 

This has, of course, been in the works for a while, and the system for it is already setup. The vast majority of people are already accustomed to eating manufactured, processed and pre-prepared foods that require minimal effort on their part. The growing, harvesting, butchering, chopping, and cooking is already done for them. In millions of cases, they don’t even have to get up off their ass. They can sit in a car seat, pull up to a window, pay, and eat a bag of “food”, and then do it again in a few hours and again tomorrow.  This actually is life for so many people, even moreso during the forced lockdowns when the fast-food drive-thru was (by design) one of the few options available. 

The model for it is already in place. The next step is just to switch up what the “food” actually is. I put “food” in quotation marks, because it’s called food even though it really isn’t. It’s a long list of chemicals which have been combined to create something that looks, tastes, and smells like food for a few minutes, just long enough for you to chow it down, but it isn’t, it is totally an illusion. It has no real nutrition and it causes disease in the body, which is also why it makes perfect sense in a lockdown against disease for everyone to be eating it. 

There has been a lot of scientific data published in recent years about how much leaner and healthier vegans are than their omnivore counterparts, and while that can be true, it isn’t the rule, and even though it will be used to get the nation on a planet-based diet, the truth will become highly distorted once again. Because that is what they do. 

Here is the type of vegan or plant-based diet that causes weight loss and health gain: a whole-food plant-based/vegan diet. The operative word there is ‘whole-food’, because (and this has been my complaint with the word ‘vegan’ or ‘plant-based’ for a long time — they don’t actually mean anything on their own. Technically, Oreo cookies are vegan. But healthy or good for weight loss? Hmm….) ‘whole-food’ gives the rest of the phrase meaning. “Whole-food” means eating real foods that are as close to their natural form as possible. 

In other words, not a chemical Beyond Burger, which in reality, will probably have far worse health effects for both people and the planet than eating animal flesh. Not only are the agrarian practices still mass monoculture crops which strip the soil of nutrients and require the use of pesticides and GMOs, but the chemical composition of these ‘burgers’ is still high-fat and contributes to a high-fat lifestyle. 

Yes, it is possible to be a fat vegan, and this is how: vegan junk food. 

And that’s what they’re going to be selling to the masses next, in another fake bid to get healthy that isn’t going to work and is just going to drive the rabbit hole deeper. It certainly isn’t going to be the smartwatches tracking your daily steps that does it, although no doubt they will be using that data to manage your ‘health plan’ as well.  

Which is again ineffective, because, and this is going to really shock you, if nothing else has so far: exercise does not equal weight loss. Yes! It’s true! But how can that be?

It takes a LOT of exercise to burn just a few calories. Like an hour of running to cancel out those extra slices of pizza. But does anyone go running after a pizza? No, they collapse into a food coma on the couch. That is what these chemical foods (especially high-oil/fat) do to the body.

Not that it really matters anyway, because exercise and gyms are really not for weight loss, they are for fitness. Do them because you want to be healthy, play sports, build muscle, etc. Not because you’re a hundred pounds overweight and you’re finally gonna make a change and go to the gym. It’s very hard to move when you’re overweight, it puts pressure on the joints and it’s difficult to breathe and easy to give up — and you probably already know this. 

If you want to lose weight, rather than trying to jump through hoops to burn a few calories, you can significantly cut back on the number of calories you are taking in in the first place. Easier said than done, because as mentioned above, this civilization is setup for you to eat fast junk food, and the fast junk food is setup for you to be addicted to it. But this will not change with the new world order. So if you really want to survive, you have to figure out what’s going to actually work. 

You know what’s pretty much guaranteed to keep you thin? Poverty. Yes, a lean wallet = lean waistline. I know, everyone says eating healthy is expensive, but that’s just an excuse so they don’t have to do the hard work of changing, giving up their old bad habits and learning  and doing something new. 

So there’s one positive aspect about the world being thrown into poverty by the government-ordered lockdowns: you won’t be able to afford to eat large quantities of fast junk food every day. 

What can you eat then?

Whole-foods, either plant-based or vegan. Plant-based means you still eat some meat (not every day), but mostly plants. Vegan means you eat no animal products, and all plants. The modifier ‘whole-foods’ means you’re eating real foods as close to their natural form as possible.

  • Oats
  • Apples
  • Carrots
  • Chickpeas
  • Black beans
  • Lentils
  • Cabbage (especially raw fermented sauerkraut)
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Avocado
  • Pears
  • Grapes
  • Arugula/spinach mix
  • Sprouts (you can easily grow in a jar on your counter)
  • Wild Rice
  • Butternut squash
  • Watermelon

…and more. You get the idea (hopefully). Real, whole-foods from the Earth. These foods are some of the least expensive in the store, although yeah, there will be some effort in learning how to work with them (cooking, growing, etc), but really it’s an investment in yourself and your personal development — and you’ll get a far better return than investing in a fast-food mega-corporation, which is only going to end up making your gut mega-sized and sick.

Not only that, but these foods naturally contain the presence of active vitamins, minerals, and other plant compounds that maintain normal function of the human body, including a healthy immune system. Even better, some promote health by killing cancer cells, such as members of the Brassica family (cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc). 

Finally, by being in good health, we don’t need to subject ourselves to sub-par “health” measures such as face covers and social distancing, because in reality, what they call a ‘virus’ is a toxic body shedding its toxins, and the cold/flu are really just detox symptoms. That’s why it’s so wildly unpredictable, cannot truly be vaccinated against (which we all knew until the propaganda machine was turned up full force this past year), and why everybody responds differently. People whose bodies and lifestyles are less toxic are not going to have the same symptoms as an unhealthy toxic person, and thus should not be subject to a blanket treatment. We have to account for individuality — not everyone should have to conform to the hive mind, which it turns out has a very low IQ and is highly subject to manipulation and humiliation. Anyone who really cares about health is going to take personal responsibility and start with themselves, rather than believing state-sponsored media-manipulated and corporate-structured bullshit, which is only feeding extremely unhealthy illusions and addictions for its own profits and gains. It’s a vicious circle of stupidity. Respectfully (or not), I’m out.
